Setup CuteFTP First time email setup

Step 1: Start

	- Click the Site Manager button to open the FTP Site Manager. - Select PersonalFTP Sites in the left window and click the Add Site button to open the Add Host dialog.

Step 2: Add Host

	- For Site Label: type Prism Access. - For Host Address: type www.prism.net - For User ID: type your username. - For Password: type your password. - Select Normal for Login type. - Select Auto-Detect for . - For Initial Local Director: most people use C:\My Documents. - Press OK.

Step 3: Connecting to your FTP site

	- In the FTP Site Manager select your FTP entry and press Connect.

Step 4: Uploading Files and Folders

- The LEFT window shows you folders from your computer. Use it to navigate to the folder you will be uploading from. - The RIGHT window shows you folders from the FTP Server. Use it to navigate to the folder you will be uploading to. - Drag the folder of file you wish to upload from the LEFT window to the RIGHT window. This will copy that file or folder onto the FTP server. - The upload will start automatically.

Step 5: Downloading Files and Folders

- The LEFT window shows you folders from your computer. Use it to navigate to the folder you will be uploading from. - The RIGHT window shows you folders from the FTP Server. Use it to navigate to the folder you will be uploading to. - Drag the folder of file you wish to upload from the RIGHT window to the LEFT window. This will copy that file or folder onto your computer. - The download will start automatically.

Step 6: Tips

	- The TOP window is the status window, watch it to make sure there are no errors when transferring files. - The BOTTOM window is the QUEUE. If you want to download files from different folders at once, drag what you want to download into the QUEUE and it will do them all at once when you want. - Have fun!
