Windows XP First time computer setup

Step 1: Start

	- Click on Start. - Right-click on My Network Place. - Select Properties.

Step 2: Create a new connection

- Click on Create a new connection. - Click on New Connection Wizard from the left window. - Click Next. - Click Next again. - Select Set up my connection manually. - Click Next. - Click Next again. - For ISP Name you will want to type Prism Access. - Click Next. - For Phone Number please select a local number from this list. - Click Next. - Type your username (user@prism.net) and password here. - Make sure Turn on Internet Connection Firewall is not selected. - Click Next. - Select Add a shortcut to this connection on my desktop. - Click Finish.

Step 3: Finish

	- Close all windows and double-click the Prism Access icon on your desktop. - You're done!
